Enrollment Procedures for 2011-2012
Hello 4-H Members, Volunteers and Family Members,
*Enrollment Fees for 2011-2012*
Statewide, the 4-H Youth Development fees have increased.
Youth member enrollment fees are $21.00.
Adult volunteer leader fees are $6.00.
Are you Re-enrolling in your 4-H Club?
If you are re-enrolling in a 4-H club, you will need to pick up your paper re-enrollment form at your club meeting.
Club Enrollment Coordinators will be collecting re-enrollment forms once changes and updates are made, waivers are signed, and the confidential form for adults are complete. The enrollment coordinators will then process the club enrollment.
What do I need to update or make changes to on my re-enrollment form?
- Phone Numbers
- Addresses
- Email Address
- Changes in Projects
4-H Members and Volunteers will not be going on-line to update their information individually. If you have any questions, please contact your clubs Community Club Leader or Enrollment Coordinator.
New Members Not Enrolled:
New members not enrolled must contact a club's Community Club Leader to enroll with a paper form. Please go to the "How to Join" page for club information. If you are a family member not previously enrolled, you still need to contact the Community Club Leader for a paper enrollment form.
Also, please check with the club and find out if they are accepting new members at this time. Some clubs have closed their enrollment. Remember, if a club chooses to close their enrollment, it must be closed to all, including family members, friends, etc. Closed club enrollment must also be announced at meeting, added to any club newsletters, advertised in local newspapers and the 4-H office contacted.
Thanks so much and please contact the 4-H staff if you have any further questions.
