Rose Pruning Demonstrations - Held in January each year in Visalia and Hanford.

 

Mooney Grove Arbor Day - Master Gardeners participate in Arbor Day each year in a number of ways. We provide tree planting instruction handouts, supervise planting, demonstrate how to plant and provide an information booth. Arbor Day will be celebrated this year on Saturday, March 20th at the parking lot at Mineral King and Bridge Street. The event will start at 9:00 a.m.. California usually celebrates Arbor Day March 7-14. The state tree is the Redwood.
