Don't Give Kids a Tummyache! Curriculum on CD

This food safety training program in English and Spanish presents the basics of how to avoid food poisoning.  Through a series of activities and case studies, participants learn the basics of handling and cooking food safely.  CD can be purchased online under the Nutrition and Eating Right category at: http://www.anrcatalog.ucdavis.edu.

Make it Safe.  Serve it Safe.

A 3-hour curriculum designed to help teach safe food handling practices to staff and volunteers in the community who prepare and/or serve food to others outside of their home whether for a community fund-raising event, a business lunch, or a community celebration.  Contact Cathi Lamp at: (559) 685-3309 x 218, to learn how you can receive free training on how to present the program to your group.
