1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons chili powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
Mix oil, lemon juice, chili powder, and salt in a large bowl. Gently
stir in beans and chilies. Makes about 6 servings.
