1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 teaspoons oil
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 cups cauliflower florets
3/4 cup diagonally sliced carrots
1 cup diagonally sliced celery
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Mix vinegar and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Cut vegetables
and put them in the same bowl with the vinegar mixture. Stir all ingredients
together. Serve immediately or marinate in the refrigerator. Makes
about 6 servings.
